Diversity & Equity.

The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP offers a collective understanding of ethical and professional practice.

As an accredited member and a conscientious practitioner, I strive to go beyond what is stated within the Equality Act (2010).

This Act works to ensure equal treatment and fortification from discrimination by protecting characteristics that relate to religion, belief, age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, sex or sexual orientation.

My responsibility is to work on and understand my implicit and explicit biases. Also, improve understanding to help me follow and track you within your world.

Accordingly, as an inclusive practitioner, I aim to support you within your diversity and provide adjustments to facilitate your access to sessions.
